Aman Tokyo: The world's most expensive (Kobe) beef steak

© yohanes.budiyanto, 2014

This is the most expensive steak I have ever consumed in my life (equivalent to a night stay at a decent five star hotel; or a degustation dinner menu at 3 Michelin star restaurants in Tokyo), but it is also the best. Not even a Wolfgang Puck steak could rival this. Even without the (three) sauces, the steak could already be eaten alone and actually tasted very good. I like the combination with Miso sauce the best. Kobe beef is the world's most expensive beef steak, and the quality speaks for itself. Heavenly...
