Starry starry night. #2

Yesterday, the Perseïden Rain was clearly visible from my back yard. Little pieces of the comet Swift-Tuttle (no larger than a sand grain) entered earth's atmosphere and appeared as shooting stars.

I tried capturing them on camera, but no luck, just the stars...

I think I need more experience in long exposure photography overall, because focussing was hard, with manual focus, and I didn't know what the best shutter time was...

So I just experimented a lot, but called it a night at 03.45 CET... (Had to work today... :) )
