Day 308 - Vegetable Egg Muffins

Today is a public holiday (Melbourne Cup) and there were plenty of things to get done around the house, so there was no time for photography.

 

In the afternoon I managed to whip up some Vegetable Egg Muffins and let them cook whilst I finished mowing the lawns.

 

Here is the finished product captured with my one and only shot for the day. It's just a quick snap before heading off to finish in the garden.
