I was out shooting a bit in the Barrio Viejo this afternoon, and drove up Sentinel Peak on my way home to shoot down into the valley. I decided to do a very broad panoroma, stretching from the far northwest eastward to the far southeast. The resulting image, after photomerge, was HUGE. I cut off about half horizontally, and it's still HUGE. Not a very good image, as there were lots of clouds casting the large shadow over downtown. Nonetheless, I thought it was interesting. And I wanted to post something today, so, here it is. I haven't taken much time to process it, so there's still some poorly matched sky tones, dust spots, etc.
I look forward to returning on a day with better weather to shoot a proper Tucson panorama.
Must be viewed full size to appreciate any detail... and I just discovered that I was preventing you all from seeing full-sized images. Sorry about that- problem rectified, so feel free to take another look to see all the full image.
