Slow roasted Tamworth suckling pig

braised local beans, boudin noir.

 

A very good dish and the best of all we ordered. I would order again. Really hearty with all the beans. Crackling was crisp and yummy. Also, probably the best boudin noir I've had in terms of both taste and texture. Wonder if I could get some on the side?
