79.365 - Chevy Chase

I always tend to carry too much gear.

The first timeI came down to the city, I had lenses to cover everything from 11-200mm and a prime, plus tripod. Since then, I've always gone out with two lenses and a tripod.

This time, I figured I would try walking around New York with JUST my wide-angle, no bags, no tripods, nothing else. Limiting my gear means I had to be more creative with just what I brought.

It was awesome. Felt so light and free, and didn't think about changing lenses or which one would be better suited for what I was shooting... because I didn't have anything with me!

Next time, I wanna go out with just my superzoom and see what comes out of it!
