I don't think this is Strobist at all!
OK, I'm a very big fan of Strobist. Yes, he's changed the way I do things in a BIG way. But this is Not Strobist!
I'm really looking forward to using this ETC Source Four Spotlight in the studio! Pretty sad I know. But the thought of patterned gobos sounds fun!
The image was made with a PENTAX K-7 equipped with a Pentax 43mm having a 35mm equivalent of 64mm. The exposure was ƒ16, 1/180, ISO 200.
The lighting would have been two have been two 2x3 gridded softboxes on the background to make it washed-out. Then a 3x4 softbox high camera right, 45/45º. Added the background and drop-shadow in post processing. The softboxes were powered by Profoto D1 500 airs.
