We helped trap this big boy today, his name is Buster. You can't really see it in the photo but he has a gaping neck wound which makes it look like he was attacked by a werewolf or something. But he seems to be in good spirits and had enough of an appetite to go in the trap so we're hopeful he'll recover well. He's currently getting patched up by @theneighborhoodvet who often helps urgent cases like this without hesitation. She truly is an indispensable resource to local cats! Buster confided that while ostensibly feral, he is considering 'going friendly' to avoid spending another winter outside. If he follows through on his promise we'll help him find a cozy home soon. #injuredcat #cattrapping #feralcat #catsofbushwick instagr.am/p/CWelL8jsOxq/
