My plan was to shoot a black-and-white version of the Spectra shot I posted on Monday.
But when I peeled the backing from the Polapan 672, I found that I'd accidentally exposed that piece of film twice. I had shot a photo of the Golden Gate Bridge during a previous trip to San Francisco, but forgot to yank-and-time-and-peel it.
And so, a lighthouse by the bridge—and a visual depiction of a debate that rages in my head every day: whether to stay in an area that I've loved for almost 20 years, or to move to a city that I've come to love over the last few.
For Day 3 of Polaroid Week 2008. The week at a glance.
