HNLMS De Ruyter (804) Netherlands Navy. Visiting the Clyde on a port visit, prior to taking part in the Joint Warrior 2012 Exercise which begins on 16th April 2012. She is the third De Zeven Provinciën class frigate of the Royal Netherlands Navy and was laid down on 1st September 2000, launched on 13th April 2002, and commissioned in March 2004. The frigate is named after the famous Dutch admiral Michiel de Ruyter (1607–1676).
