Grand Canyon of Yellowstone

This is the view of the Canyon from the north rim Lookout Point in the misty early morning sunlight.

the Lookout Point is directly across from Uncle Tom's Trail which I posted yesterday. Scan down below and you can see just how steep the metal staircase is as it winds its way deep into the canyon. When I saw that I was amazed at how fragile and treacherous it looks - didn't seem that bad when I was on the staircase!
