One of the best Indian dishes in North India.

In the middle a bowl is full of Channay ( Grams ) with super spices adding a sting in it and its surronded by baked and later roasted bread called as Kulchay.This is one of my favoraite which I eat out.


As from yesterday SHARDHAS DAYS have also started.Hindu's prepare best food to offer to their ancestors.Food is prepared at home after taking bath and offered to Temple Priest who is supposed to be mouth of God and ancestors .In this period we remember our ancestors who are beleived to come down to earth.But no wedding and new things can start during these days.
