CEDAR WAXWING

This is the same as one posted on May 31, 2006, but cropped www.flickr.com/photos/jiajiayu/157145062/. The feature of the bird is the red "waxlike" tips on her secondaries. The beautiful colours chang from her long brownish crest to gray-black tail, ending at yellow trim smoothly. Females are similar to males but show brawnish rather than blackish throat . The bird looks like a female. Bucks county, Pennsylvania.
