With the Wolves
This photo was taken when I first adopted Daisy. There was so much sorrow in her eyes, but it is just beautiful; yet, it is still so powerful. That is why I see a relationship between sadness and power. We overcome sadness by having the strength to do so. And all that pain and suffering reflects in your eyes; They are in her eyes. But it is stunning and so exquisite. We and you, and she, can, have, or will succeed and find happiness. Then all that suffering reflected in your eyes will drown and wash away with tears of exuberance. And there will be peace of mind because the state of depression is lost. It can be found again, but so will that power to influence it.
With that in mind, someone cannot tell me that a dog is just a dog. I have learned all of what I wrote from simply loving a dog. And the irony is that a person feels the power to overcome depression because of a dog. Then it is true, your dog is the connection between you and happiness.
