homemade pear galette (tart)

I felt like something sweet and crunchy the other night so I made myself a pear tart... I should have thoroughly baked the crust first and then I should have thickened the apricot (jam) glaze and added it late in the baking and I shouldn't have put cornmeal (which I recently added to some homemade GF/yeast free donuts and it worked great!) in the crust, but, all in all,,, it was lovely!
