Broken Wings

Isn't it odd, that you as a photographer notice the most strange (or in this case disgusting) things and the first thought is "heeeey how can I use this...."? I was taking a walk and my eyes got caught on these semi-decomposed bird (magpie?) wings among the leaves on the ground. And the first reaction was that I wanted to wear them!! I carried them around with sticks for a little while (I promise you, GOD they were stinky) before I saw this tree stump, had a little walk around it to check it out, and then it was settled.

This was my first levitation trick. It was actually not as hard as I thought it would be. But I have the stump to thank for it.

I hope you enjoy my image as much as I do. At least I got to wear dead bird wings....

Tiden flyger ju fram brukar man säga men ibland önskar man veckorna gick snabbare.... =P
