    Made gluten free by using cooked millet instead of bulgur, served with grilled halloumi

    Strobist: SB900 at 1/16th power through diffusing wall (aka a shoji screen that is my stand in "softbox") at 3:00, triggered by PW. Natural window light (no direct sun) at 9:00, blocked by a gobo so only directional light coming from flash. Then just slowed down the shutter speed to let the ambient light in the room act as fill. ISO 200 f/3.5 SS1/15

    Capture the word - "soft" for soft lighting! Or at least a lot softer than I can usually get with my OCF, it's definitely a learning process...
