      Is it gluten free? I thought that soba noodles had wheat flour in them.
      Do you have a recipe for the tempura batter that you could share? :)

      Yes, this was gluten free - I used soba noodles that were 100% buckwheat that I found, so there was no wheat in them. You have to check the ingredients label on soba noodles, but there do exist versions of soba noodles that are all buckwheat and without wheat flour. As with anything that comes in packaging one also has to check with the manufacturer to make sure there is no risk of cross contamination.
