We picked up a lobster from Perry at the farmers' market this morning, which I made into lobster rolls for our lunch: lobster meat, chopped and bound with a mixture of mayo, lemon juice, salt, chervil, tarragon and cutting celery from our garden, served on buttered, toasted rolls with soft butter lettuce. I love this time of year.
