Really, Did you pick that up on my recommendation? I am a very big fan. In fact I was just at a picnic on the farm last weekend. I am proud to let you know all the girls are very happy and will gladly continue to eat fresh grass, so we can enjoy great cheese.

You put PRR *in* the bread pudding? Ohh yeah!

John, maybe - but I know the first place we actually tasted it was at our favorite restaurant here. They have it on their cheese board often. Glad to hear that the girls are doing well - they produce lovely stuff!

In addition to the yummy PRR, I put some dried Herbes de Provence and cooked crumbled chicken breakfast sausage from Dines Farms in the mix. The bread was a yummy rustic Italian bread we picked up at Saxelby's along with the cheese, and I used my standard egg/milk/heavy cream custard mixture.

Looks and sounds like a good recipe. I hope you take reservations for the next time I'm in town. Y'all could easily be the best eat'n spot around.

PS. Did you know that they only milk seasonally verses year-round at Uplands Farm. That's right; they stop milking in the winter and don't start again until spring.

Next time you're in town we are definitely getting together - as long as work doesn't keep you away!

And they are obviously doing things very, very right at Uplands. Please send them our regards and thanks!
