Harried Parent // Cheep Cheep

The robins of this year's crop are almost as big as their parents. It's a comical sight to watch them follow their parents around like heeling dogs as they chirp for food.


Sometimes the parents feed them, sometimes they simply fly away. It's a hardknock life for them right now, but soon the babies will be independent.


After trying to keep up with these birds, I'm reminded of another reason, out of several, why I'm saving for a DSLR. Shutter lag.
