Wow - what a nice sunset.
Under calm conditions, that location provides the best views in Grand Teton.

Fabulous! And thank you for your explanation above on your photo processing. It gives me hope that one day I'll make PhotoShop Elements work just right for me. I've been considering Photomatix...I may just click the "Purchase" button! Your work is always stunning.

The best season to visit Grand Teton National Park is between the Fourth of July and Labor Day, when the Northern Rockies come to life. Flowers bloom, fish jump, bison calves frolic and tourists tour. The park roads are crowded with trailers, with the well-known spots jammed with a significant portion of the millions who make their treks to Montana and Wyoming every year.

Grand Teton National Park is a spectacular park in Northwestern Wyoming where every vista will take your breath away. The best-known feature of the park is the jagged granite peaks of the Teton Range that tower over 7,000 feet above the Jackson Hole valley. The valley is covered by
sagebrush and bisected by the wild Snake River.
