Professor John Frink, Jr. vs. Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth (266/365)

    Newer Older

Professor John Frink, Jr.: Springfield's extremely intelligent, somewhat mad, and socially inept creator of such inventions as the frog exaggerator, hamburger earmuffs, and automatic tap dancing shoes.

Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth: New New York's senile, amoral, deranged, unpredictable, and self-described "mad scientist" who runs the Planet Express delivery service in the 31st century.

If they had to fight, who would win?

#266 in the Duel 365 series.

In addition to the wonderful devices already mentioned, Prof. Farnsworth has a collection of Doomsday machines and no qualms about using them. Of course, he might spontaneously decide to take a nap instead of fighting.

Has Prof. Frink ever had invention that actually worked? If you go by scientific success rate, you have to go with Farnsworth. Gloiven!!!!

Farnsworth. I don't know any of them, but he is still around in the 31th century ;)

Farnsworth all the way, Frink does have his moments but The show could go on without Frink in the picture. Farnsworth on the other hand, owns the delivery company, that employs Fry, and his friends so without Farnsworth, there could be no Futurama.

      I'm so sorry professer Frink

glad to see your head is back. It was also good to read the update on your health. And since I believe Prof. Farnsworth played a crucial role in the development of the technology that has been implanted in your brain, AND then created the wormhole technology to send it back in time so it could be used on you in this century, I must give him the nod and the win.

Ha! Great match up. I'd have to go for a draw...

Nice matchup! Gotta vote Frink, as Farnsworth is pretty feeble. I guess it depends on whether it is a battle of might or wit :)

Looks like Farnsworth is favored over Frink in this match-up, although I think there's a lot of love for both these guys out there.

Riyazi: I've been looking forward to doing this match-up for a while now. ;-)

Marked_man: I'm really enchanted by the backstory you've given me. Thank you for that. ;-)
