The Flag of the Society of the Cincinnati

I took a short photo-walk in Exeter New Hampshire (USA) on Saturday and found this. The Society of the Cincinnati was founded by the officers who served under George Washington and their French counterparts just after the Revolutioary War. The light blue and white strips represent France and the United States. The bald eagle is the insignia of the society and the 14 stars represent the colonies and France.
