paypal_failure

Every time I try to pay my flickr account using paypal it fails. Flickr says paypal rejects it. Paypal says they have no record of any transaction. A valid non-expired credit card is associated with the paypal account. There seems to be no way to contact either flickr or paypal about this. Any suggestions ????
