Swiss Chard Cheddar Hand Pies

We made chicken and swiss chard cheddar hand pies with a side dish of roasted carrots with feta and parsley.

 

The Swiss chard inside the delicious crust, and the parsley used on the carrots, are from our garden. They are the last batch of produce for the year.

 

After trying all summer to figure out what to do with the Swiss chard, we figured out it's best when baked into other things.
