May I ask what kind of film/camera this is?
I love how old fashioned this looks.

I love the "charcoal" quality of your black & whites... you know what i mean? it almost look like it was drawn by hand with super-realism... great job, as usual.

Sorry to be the voice of dissent, but I find this a little over-processed.

No need to apologize Kalshassan, I get that a lot. I tend to agree with you. While I really like how Emma's face turned out, for some reason her mom looks a little out of place. She's too smooth, or something.

marianofriginal, I used to work with charcoal, pencil, pen & ink, and other black & white media, so it's no coincidence ;)

gringogidget, I think I may have answered your question in a different thread. Anyway, I used a Canon 350D digital for this shot, so no film.

      Thanks for the comments everyone!

The pose is absolutely gorgeous and I rather like the post-processing effects, which suit the motive very well.

IMO, processing on this (as with your other work) is superb... turns a great image into a work of art... some people process their work and it ruins the shot, Mr. Jaybird on the other hand, has a good eye and good taste when it comes to post processing.
