junk looks nicer in sepia ?

    Newer Older

my camera does a sepia effect
so I'm practicing with pretty much anything that I come across when I happen to have the camera with me
as you can tell by this picture
    which was actually two pictures
I somehow managed to reactivate the trusty autostitch
which outputted something freaky which I had a go at using my recent photoshop "polar coordinates" experiments
much to my amazement out came the two pictures
    just like I wanted them
except for a lot of black space around them
    or it
which I trimmed out with xnview
    and explains the odd dimensions
    that's it

The sepia tone and the way in whch this (these) image(s) are framed nearly makes this an abstract peice.

It appears sepia does make junk llook nicer...and we'd love to have this beautiful photo in our monthly assignment thread. Here's the link if you want to check it out first.
