Made of roe horn, silver, brass bolt, steel chain. The little head attached above the corno represents the "gobbo" (hunchback), a good luck figure that often appears together with the corno. It is made by lost wax process, sculptured from soft bees wax, then casted in silver. The head also looks a bit like Pulcinella, an other figure originated from Naples.

The piece is meant to be worn in the pocket, like a watch, attached to the belt holder with the chain.
