Easy. Onion, tomatoes and lemon with salt and pepper in some saucer wait for about 10 minutes in a hot oven until you cut salmon. Take the saucer/s from the oven, put the [salted] salmon pieces on the vegetables, add a bit of pepper, more lemons and back to the oven. About 12 minutes later it's ready and delicious.

 

[my first salmon ever. if it were cheaper, we'd eat it every day:)]
