Pizza With Mushrooms, Mozzarella and Garlic
A delicious Donna Hay pizza baked on Lebanese bread. The cheese is a combination of mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella. The mushrooms are Swiss brown and reconstituted dried porcini mushrooms. Also with garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
