My Daughter's 6th Birthday Ruffle Cake

I made this 3-layer chocolate buttermilk ruffle cake myself. The frosting is Swiss meringue buttercream. This was the first time I frosted a cake in this way and while it was laughably simple, the hardest part was staying in a straight line going up while making the ruffles!
