Steaks With Boulangere Potatoes & Green Beans

Surprise, another recipe from MasterChef Australia magazine, issue #6. This one is a dish of boulangere potatoes (like gratin, only made with chicken stock instead of cream), fresh green beans and steak. All smothered with herbed butter (butter mixed with lemon thyme, basil, garlic and lemon zest).
