Banana Coconut Cupcakes With Creme Fraiche Frosting and Coconut Caramel Sauce

Wow, what a title. These cupcakes were my invention, with inspiration from the coconut pancakes I made a month ago.

 

These are banana cupcakes with shredded coconut. They are frosted with creme fraiche frosting, which hides a hidden pocket of coconut caramel sauce. On top is a sliced banana and the cupcake is drizzled in the coconut caramel sauce.

 

An otherworldly experience for the tastebuds. They closely resemble the taste of the pancakes, which is what I was aiming for. Go me!
