Martha's Giant Chocolate Sugar Cookies
Mmmm, a chocolate lover's paradise! From Martha Stewart's COOKIES book; I used melted shortening, FYI, as I read that this would result in a higher, puffier, chewier cookie. And be sure not to over-bake! Take them out of the oven before they look done; if they look done in the oven, then they have been over-baked.
