Committee held its first meeting on 6 November 2015 to determine the organization and facilities available to delegates and to examine the state of the Conference budget with the objective of ensuring that expenditures are contained with the limits of the approved budget. The meeting went swiftly and the budget is being maintained within the approved limits.
