The Social Scene

This graphic begins to demonstrate that although all popular "social" memes share the tenets of Enterprise 2.0 (trust, collaboration, authenticity, transparency), they are focused on different objectives and business processes. Ultimately, all the social "intelligence" feeds back into the Enterprise in order to digest, process, and act on it. I made up the "Social ERP" label, but I'm starting to think it's the next big thing. It will be the area where real business intelligence across the extended enterprise/supply chain will be more transparent and provide greater visibility to the Enteprise.
