Mariam's topsy turvy

A Pink Cake Box design, loved by the client, with slight changes to make it more personalised.

9" caramel mudcake layered and filled with white ganache. 6" white mudcake filled and layered with dark choc ganache.

Everything is edible except the cupcake, although the swirl is made of buttercream (so that part is edible) and the "cherry" made of fondant.

I was scared doing this one because of the "carve-in" method of stacking. Also this was only my 3rd attempt with these cakes. On top of that, I forgot to put a hole at the bottom of the cupcake so it's not fully secured. It's only held by RI. So I was fretting that the cupcake would actually fall during transport.

Thankfully, client loved it!
