Disability and Disasters

Mr. Dao is helped by rescuers to access one of the evacuation sites. The process is monitored by Mr. Nhung, his disabled brother in Dong Phuoc village, Vietnam. Mr. Nhung is a volunteer in the village disaster management committee and participates in evacuation drills.
