Visioneer

Newer Older

Family snapshot time. This is my older bro, Mel McGowan, President of Visioneering Studios. They are one of the most innovative design firms around and were awarded best Church Architects of 2008 & 2009. They also donate their time to help communities oversees such as Cambodia and the Philippines.

This shot was taken as we were leaving Oak Alley Plantation. These oak trees were believed to be planted by the french in the 1700 about 100 years prior to the sugar Platation. The film interview with a vampire was filmed at this plantation house.

Some people say the bokeh of the 1.8 is ugly because it is not as smooth as the 1.4....but I kind of like it. My brother stood in as I could't find any supermodels walking around.

Thought that was you. I like the separation of the foreground to the background, feels like he's coming out of the photo!
