오징어 (Dried Squid)
You will find these for sale in many part of Korea.
Squid is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium. Squid is also a good source of Niacin and Zinc, and a very good source of Protein, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Copper. This squid is a great snack for children and perfect with soju or beer for those adults who indulge in alcoholic beverages. For me, it is fine by itself.
We bought some of these and brought them back with us.
