Rustic, Buck Rail Fence
A western classic - the buck rail fence used on the Triangle X Ranch - part of the Grand Teton National Park. This fence style is used throughout the park and has been popular on many ranches of the West for over a century. This is similar to the Eastern rail fence, except that the logs or poles are not split (the poles are from the lodgepole pine, which is a very abundant species in this region of the West).
