    Double Fudge Cake, Dark Chocolate Fudge Frosting with Coconut Buttercream Filling. Sugar Shells for decoration; Chocolate Candy Pebbles for the Starfish and Marshmallow Buttercream Flowers to top it all off. Continuing with the Birthday Beach theme ... Happy B-day to me! :)

      Happy Birthday Pamela!!! I'm a leo too - I just had my birthday. Too bad you had to make your own birthday cake: ( But, it was a beautiful cake and the coconut buttercream filling sounds great for a beach theme - plus the chocolate. . .what a good combination. I love it - it looks great!

      Thank you ... my daughter is taking me to a luncheon and always helps me with everything (ie cleans up my mess ... she's also my photog as you know!) ... I am going to find her Birthday cake for me from a few years back and put it on the page ... it is funny. Great Week!

      I would die if I ate everything I made ... but yes I had a piece, thank you. :) We had high tea for my birthday luncheon ... so much fun in a little British shop called Lady Di's. (I know ... weird for Oregon ... but semi-authentic! HA!)
