Technology: Tech Age Girls
Tech Age Girls (TAG) - Kyrgyzstan is an innovative project that utilizes technology to identify and develop future women leaders. IREX have competitively selected 34 young female tech leaders from across Kyrgyzstan, who demonstrated the potential to serve as local leaders.
Starting from June 27 - July 9, 2011, finalists attended a two-week workshop conducted in the capital, which was based on advanced Web design, leadership, problem solving, and project design. During their second week, they participated in a mini-internships at an IT firms, international organizations, or government body. Spratlen.
