Canadian Winter Victoria British Columbia
When I lived in the US I found that there was a common misconception that all of Canada suffers from long, harsh, snowy winters. Since the Arctic Clipper swoops down from Canada to bring snow to the northern states it makes sense to think that we endure months of ice and cold. However, in Beautiful British Columbia, and more importantly, the city of Victoria, we have many lovely days. It is not uncommon to see boats sailing, bike riders in shorts, and many, many walkers enjoying our lovely 50+ degree weather. I love capturing these moments. I converted the image to black and white because, after all, it is still winter!
