A Sign Marking the Future Site of the Indian Prairie Library

In 1988 the Darien and Willowbrook library boards purchased four acres located on the southwest corner of Clarendon Hills and Plainfield Roads for $400,000 as site for a new library building. Voters, however, did not approve the construction of the Indian Prairie Public Library District building until 1993.
