From someone who lived in Okinawa for 8 years, I've rarely seen anyone capture this as good as you have with this shot. It's simply amazing and beautiful. Thanks for sharing this with us!

I had the honor of visiting this island in 1968. My husband and I were both medical officers. We were stationed with the Air Force on Naha and we provided medical care to this island. I have never seen a more beautiful place. My husband has passed away but my grandson can't wait to visit. We took a Navy PT boat to the island , very small dock and slept on the tables at the school house. The generator was shut down at 9PM and we slept. the mornings were spent in clinics and the afternoons at the beach. Wonderful people. Water was crystal clear. We will go back next year.
