-3 Gallons Organic Gravenstein Apple Juice (365 organic)

-2 Gallons Organic Apple Juice (365 Organic)

-3 1.5 lb bags of Natural Brown Sugar (365 Organic)

- .5 lbs of Florida Crystal's Natural Cane Sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon pectin (for clarifying)

- 65 ml Wyeast Liquid Yeast
(3184 Sweet Mead yeast)

- 2 Cans Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate.

Specific Gravity = 1.875
Balling = 23
Taken @ 73 degrees

Final:
Specific Gravity = 1.125

It works out to be around 10% alcohol.
Every one who has said it says it is a bit dangerous. It tastes good but will knock you out.
