a gas burner is as used on the ordinary gas range for cooking. It is merely required toface off the circular ends of these pieces straight and clean for an air adjusting cap. A very simple fix-ture, mounted on our Lever Feed Table, holds the piece while being ground. With unskilled labor these piecesare Gardner Ground at the rate of 210 per hour. We do not claim Gardner Grinders will do everything, but we do claim there are innumerable pieces nowbeing finished on shapers, milling machines, lathes, planers and precision grinders, that can be GardnerGround with equal or superior accuracy, 3 to 30 times faster than they can be finished on the machinesabove mentioned. Make us prove this statement by grinding some of your samples—free of charge. Our free 26-page Book-let of Tests contains much valuable data.
