bombed monument pedestal "Peace and War" lying in the Kelvin River

The remains of bombed monument pedestal for sculpture "Peace and War" lying in the Kelvin River after a land mine exploded near bridge during World War II. The sculpture was restored and reinstated on the bridge in 1951 by Benno Schotz whose own sculpture "The Psalmist" stands near by.
